Welcome to Lucky Clover Bingo (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By using our website or purchasing bingo books, you’re agreeing to these Terms & Conditions. If you’re not happy with them, please don’t use our services.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or over to play.
By creating an account or taking part in any of our games, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
We may ask for proof of age at any time.
2. Purchasing Bingo Books
Bingo books are available to players in the Republic of Ireland only.
Please make sure you’ve selected the correct books for the right session before completing your purchase.
Ticket sales close at the advertised time on game day. Once that time is reached, the system locks and no further purchases can be made.
Books/tickets are made available in your online account once purchased.
⚠️ Important Download Notice
Books/tickets are only available to download until the game starts.
It is the player’s responsibility to download, save, or print their books/tickets before the game begins.
If you intend to play after the live game has started, play at a later time, or check your tickets after the game has ended, you must make sure your books/tickets have already been downloaded to your device before the game starts.
Lucky Clover Bingo accepts no responsibility if a player fails to download, save, print, or access their books/tickets before the game begins.
Failure to download or access books/tickets before the game starts will not entitle the player to a refund, replacement ticket, credit, or any other form of compensation.
All purchases are final and non-refundable.
Books are valid for the selected session only and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
Discount codes are single-use unless we clearly state otherwise.
3. Game Play
All Lucky Clover Bingo games are played online and may include live sessions via Zoom.
We’ll always explain the format before each game — whether it’s line, 2 lines, full house, jackpot, or something special.
Just make sure you’re ready with the right books before we get started.
4. Calling of Numbers
Numbers are generated randomly.
A number is officially “called” as soon as the caller starts announcing it.
If there’s ever a difference between what’s heard and what’s shown, the system display will always take priority.
5. Marking Tickets
Players are responsible for marking their own tickets where applicable.
Please make sure all numbers remain clearly visible — we may need to check them.
6. Claiming a Win
Here’s the good bit…
Our system automatically detects winning tickets.
When a win happens:
The game will pause.
We will ask for your name and panel number to confirm.
If you don’t respond live, don’t worry — the system will still record and verify your win.
After the game:
Log into your account.
Head to the “Claim Win” section.
Follow the steps to complete your claim.
We’ll always let you know if you’ve won — just make sure you log in and claim it.
7. Claims & Payments
How to Claim
Log into your account and follow the steps in the “Claim Win” section.
Payment Times
Claims in before 10:00pm on game day are paid the same day.
Claims after that are processed on the next working day.
⚠️ The office is closed the day after game days, so late claims may cause delays — best to get them in early.
Bank Details
Please double-check your details carefully:
Your name and IBAN must match your bank account.
We verify this before sending payments.
If details are incorrect or don’t match:
Payments may be delayed.
We may need extra verification.
👉 Important:
Once a payment is sent using the details you provided, it’s considered complete.
We are not responsible for incorrect bank details, and no further payments will be made for that claim.
Finality
Once winnings are verified and paid, that’s it — the result is final.
In the rare event of an overpayment, Lucky Clover Bingo reserves the right to request a bank recall for the full amount paid in error, and once the funds are returned to us, we will reissue the correct payment amount.
8. Unclaimed Prizes
Our system automatically tracks and records all wins and notifies you in your account.
We will contact all winners via email straight after the game.
That said, it’s still your responsibility to:
Log in.
Check your account.
Complete your claim.
We can’t take responsibility for delays if a claim isn’t submitted.
9. Multiple Winners
If more than one player wins:
The prize is shared equally.
If it’s not a cash prize, we may offer a cash alternative or carry it forward.
10. Game Structure
Where games have stages, like line → full house:
Each stage must be completed before the next.
At least one extra number must be called between stages.
11. Technical Issues
We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we’re not responsible for:
Internet issues.
Device problems.
Zoom or platform outages.
If something goes wrong:
All numbers already called will stand.
We’ll continue the game in the fairest way possible.
In extreme circumstances, we may cancel the game. In this instance your books will be transferred to another future game. No refunds will be made available.
12. Special Games & Promotions
From time to time we run special games, jackpots, and promotions.
These may have their own rules — we’ll always explain them clearly before the game.
We may change or withdraw promotions if needed.
13. Jackpot Games
Jackpots add a bit of spice…
Jackpot prizes increase by €100 each week.
The number of calls increases every 2 weeks, or 3 weeks for Pongo.
We’ll always:
Announce the current jackpot and call limit before the game.
Provide details during office hours if you need them.
All jackpot results are subject to system verification and final confirmation.
We may adjust or change jackpot structures if needed.
14. Disputes
If something doesn’t look right, we’ll review it properly.
All decisions are made in line with these Terms, and management decisions are final.
15. Player Responsibility
You’re responsible for:
Providing correct details.
Following instructions.
Checking your account after games.
Downloading, saving, or printing your books/tickets before the game starts.
Making sure you have access to your books/tickets if you intend to play later or check them after the game has ended.
Lucky Clover Bingo cannot accept responsibility if you fail to download or access your books/tickets before the game begins.
16. Code of Conduct
We keep things fun, friendly, and respectful.
No:
Abuse.
Threats.
Offensive behaviour.
Disruptions.
Foul language.
If someone crosses the line, we WILL remove them. We may suspend their account, or block them completely.
17. Live Sessions
When playing live:
Your name, video, or chat may be visible.
Just be sound and respectful — that’s all we ask.
18. Vouchers
Vouchers can be used to buy bingo books.
They:
Are non-refundable.
Have no cash value.
Cannot be transferred.
Winnings may be issued as vouchers where applicable.
19. Refunds
All purchases are final.
Books:
Cannot be refunded.
Cannot be exchanged.
Cannot be transferred.
Failure to download, save, print, or access books/tickets before the game starts does not entitle the player to a refund, replacement ticket, credit, or compensation.
So just double-check before you buy and make sure your books are downloaded before the game begins.
20. Liability
We’re not responsible for losses caused by:
Technical issues.
Delays.
Things outside our control.
Failure by the player to download or access books/tickets before the game starts.
Our liability, if any, is limited to what you paid.
21. Responsible Play
We’re here for fun.
If it stops being fun — take a break.
If needed, support is available through organisations like Gamblers Anonymous.
22. Data Protection – GDPR
We take your data seriously.
We use it to:
Run your account.
Process payments.
Manage games and winnings.
Send updates and offers.
You have the right to:
Access your data.
Correct it.
Request deletion.
Opt out of marketing.
